Mountain Winter

Though painted by a Ukrainian artist, Viktoria Slavinska, the scene feels wonderfully familiar to a Colorado eye—reminiscent of the Rocky Mountains, where pine-covered slopes, exposed stone, and alpine waters come together in layers of muted greens, earthy blush tones, and cool blue-gray. Thick, expressive brushwork gives the rocky cliffs and evergreens wonderful texture, while soft atmospheric tones in the distance create a sense of depth and mist. Its intimate scale makes it especially beautiful styled on a gallery wall, layered on a shelf, or displayed as a small moment of landscape on its own.
