ONLINE RETURNS

All policies above apply with the following additions:
For online returns, please contact us for a return authorization number and shipping label at stephanie@corduroydenver
 
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure the items and provide a tracking number. We will not issue a refund on lost or damaged products.

 

Once we receive the returned merchandise in original condition you will be notified via email and we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs to the method of payment. 

It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within 1-4 business days. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.

Furniture will not be shipped and is local pick-up/delivery only.

If you live outside of the U.S please contact us so we can provide a quote for international shipping. Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note, we cannot track international shipments.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We love to see your smiley face pop by Corduroy, but we understand sometimes life gets in the way and having your special purchase delivered is more convenient. We deliver your furniture purchase in the Denver metro area only. Please contact us prior to purchase so we can provide a quote for you, we work with a third party vendor and we will provide cost and delivery date to you based on your location and the delivery company availability.
